Refund policy

Order Processing and Shipping
All orders placed by 2pm EST on standard business days, excluding holidays, will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders normally arrive within 2-5 days once shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to customers once order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our products, but if you are truly unsatisfied with your order, please email us at AOfoundation21@gmail.com including the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Items you are dissatisfied with
- Reason(s) why you are dissatsified

We will contact you with instructions on how to return the item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of their return packaging and postage. All returns must be processed and received by us within 15 days of the original shipment date. Once the item(s) are received by StudioAO and deemed acceptable for a return, we will then process your refund to the original method of payment used. We reserve the right to decline returns.

Cancellations
If you have placed and order and would like to cancel it, please contact us at AOfoundation21@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations can not be made after order has been shipped.
